February 19-20, 2020 Web Help Agency’s Technical Director Natalia Bazavluk and Web Help Agency’s Sales Managers Olya Kotenko and Max Litvyak introduced participants of the third stage of the training program “Increasing the level of virtualized employment and stimulating freelance among the vulnerable sections of the population of Poltava” with the most common international and Ukrainian electronic labor exchanges.
The trainees learned about the features of job search through upwork.com, freelancer.com, freelancehunt.com, kabanchik.ua. Olya Kotenko and Max Litvyak shared invaluable experience in finding orders, implementing projects and getting paid for work done on electronic labor exchanges. All participants created their own accounts on the freelancehunt.com Ukrainian freelance platform.
The Poltava students gained an interesting knowledge of the functioning of electronic employment platforms and the features of freelancing business through the assistance of the Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives, Embassy of Canada in Ukraine and Poltava City Council, represented by Deputy Mayor for Executive Bodies (Economic and Social Affairs) Tatiana Yurchenko and Director of the Department of Economics and Investment Vita Klimenko.
